Conditions of Service

(1) Payment of Charges

International taxis can use cash and credit cards as payment methods, credit card payment terminal is installed inside the taxi vehicle.

*Payment can also be made with T-money cards, including credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, and UnionPay.

  • When making a reservation and payment for transportation charges on the website, you can only pay by credit card.
  • When paying for reservations and transportation charges in the mobile application, payment is automatically made to the registered credit card.

(2) Reservation regulations

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired time (within the hours of operation of the International Taxi Reservation Center).
  • Reservations can be made through the reservation center, and the operating hours of the reservation center (based on Korean time) are as follows.

  • In case of prepayment, an additional 10% credit card fee will be charged.

(3) Schedule changes and cancellations, no-show policies without prior consent

  • If the user cancels 48 hours prior to the departure time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If the user cancels 48 to 24 hours prior to the departure time, the user must pay 50% of the paid reservation fee or transportation fee as a cancellation fee.
  • If the user cancels after the departure time or makes a no-show, the user must pay 100% of the paid reservation fee or transportation fee as a cancellation fee.

(4) Waiting time fee

  • Waiting for pick-up time (City dispatch): No additional charge will be incurred for 10 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time, but in the event of a waiting period exceeding 10 minutes, an additional waiting fee will be applied to the vehicle fare(10,000KRW per 30 minutes, regardless of the vehicle model).
  • Waiting for pick-up time (Picketing service): There is no additional charge for waiting within 60 minutes from the arrival time of the scheduled flight, only you apply for picketing service at the airport. but, in the event of a waiting period exceeding 60 minutes, an additional waiting fee will be applied to the vehicle fare (Medium Taxi 10,000KRW per 30 minutes / Large and Luxury Taxi 15,000KRW per 30min)

(5) Additional charge

  • International Taxi offers an airport meeting service (picketing service). 15,000KRW for Incheon International Airport and 10,000KRW for Gimpo International Airport. The airport meeting service fee can be included in the operation fee.

(6) Moving outside of Seoul

  • When departing from the airport: If the destination is not downtown Seoul, the operation fee is calculated with <meter fare + 20% surcharge (International Taxi surcharge) + toll>.
  • Hourly Rental Services: If you use hourly rental, it is applied as a hourly rental fare in downtown Seoul, but when you move outside of Seoul, the operation fee is calculated by mixing hourly rental fare and the meter fare.
